I’m Sarah Connolly, a certified Psychospiritual Integration Coach and Reclamation-of-Soul Guide, here to help guide others beyond the perceived limitations of this 3D realm and into expressions of being and living that many of us would never have dreamed possible. Like many of you, I spent a good portion of my time in earlier chapters of my existence asking myself:

Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose?

These questions started as whispers and grew into all-encompassing roars that consumed nearly every waking moment of my days until I went ALL-IN on my journey toward discovering the answers. This journey required that I leave behind all of the ways of thinking and being that once kept me disconnected from self and in a state of seeking safety, security and validation in everything and everyone in my external world. This path required I go WITHIN. This journey has taken me to depths of myself I once dared not to go; depths that required me to face fear, to face shadow, and to get wildly comfortable traversing the dark. The gift I walked out of those depths with was an irrevocable ability to help others navigate those depths for themselves. On the other side, we access a realm of magic, miracles, abundance and love that is nearly indescribable in human words.

While I’m still on this path and discovering new and more intricate pieces of these questions and the answers that resonate most deeply for me during each chapter, one thing has become undoubtedly clear…

Part of my greatest purpose is to be a guide for others in this realm. An integral piece of this guide work is to lead by example, to inspire others to walk the path; to empower others to disconnect from the systems, programs and constructs that have kept us playing small and to return - to return to self, return to Soul, and return to the sacred ways of living and being that allow us to THRIVE rather than merely survive.

My personal path has begun to weave with the teachings of elders, Indigenous and Shamanic wisdom, and the medicine that is available to us each and every day through plant, animal and Spirit teachers - within us and around us.

My mission is to share what I’ve learned along the way with each and every Soul who has an open mind, an open heart, and a desire to create change. My greatest wish is that through these shared teachings and the time we are gifted to spend together, you will unlock parts of yourself and this life that you never thought could possibly exist. In turn, my wish is that you will carry the torch - that you will walk forth down this path of infinite expansion and create a ripple effect into the collective whole.
